Once again Waterloo Automotive came through for us! Got our vehicle in as quick as they could, got it done sooner than promised and even saved us extra money!!

Had a check engine lite come on so took it to Waterloo Automotive. Code was read and determined the defective part. Once it was replaced diagnostics was performed and a test drive to verify proper operation. During the test drive it was noticed that a wheel bearing needed to be replaced. As always I was notified of the issue as well as the other to approve the service. They were both performed in the same visit so reschedule wasn't necessary. Thanks to Waterloo Automotive for looking out for me.

Excellent service, as always. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable and make a real effort to keep you informed about maintenance and service issues with your vehicle during your appointment. I feel comfortable asking them questions and trust them to keep my vehicle in good working condition. If you like small town service that makes you feel like someone's really listening to you try to describe a problem with your vehicle instead of just humoring you (because as most women know, that noise your car is making is a special noise only you and your car are supposed to hear), this is the place to go.

I had a headlight go out and my car model as well as damage to my hood made the process of changing the bulbs much more difficult, meaning in order to change it youd have to at least take the front bumper off, my father had surgery and was unable to fix it for me, he recommended Waterloo Automotive for a quality fix, and I could not have been happier with the turn out!! Not only did they get the job done quickly, they also cared enough to let me know that my brakes were not doing too good, they cared enough to do an overall checkup on my car and point out any issues they noticed, I greatly appreciated that because they actually care and I dont know much about cars so its scary not knowing if theres something wrong, they even topped off my antifreeze, brake fluid, and my power steering pump, no extra charge!! They informed me that my engine was having issues with oil leaks, as well as my brakes leaking & sticking, they even secured loose lug nuts on my tires!! They were very nice and I could tell they truly care, they offered warm drinks to make my couple hour stay even more comfortable, very great quality people who truly care about your safety rather than trying to get you in and out and just take your money!! This is also the first shop that didnt try to push any sales on me which was very nice as well! I was shocked to have such sweet people help me out for a change instead of people giving me attitude and doing poor quality work like ALL the other auto shops in Waterloo, which is why Im always nervous going into auto shops scared of feeling like a burden, but I felt very welcomed and cared for here! I HIGHLY recommend this shop, even if you arent from Waterloo, Id definitely drive some extra time for their quality expertise! I recently broke up with a well known auto shop in the area. I don’t want to name names, but it rhymes with Cobbs. They were constantly recommending services and I always needed new filters. I stumbled upon Waterloo Automotive after getting my side view mirror knocked off. They were so kind and let me know they don’t really do body work, but they recommended a local shop that does. So I knew I had to come back from that alone. I came in for my first oil change and received the warmest welcome. They explained everything, and guess who didn’t need new filters! Well I actually did, but only because Cobbs installed the wrong size previously. In addition, they secured my skid plate that Cobbs left bolts off of. I’m a single lady who works on one income and the security of knowing they care about my car and my money is something I cannot thank them enough for!! Don’t wait any longer, schedule your appointment now!

What can I say that hasn't been said. As always, a great job by Josh, Sean, Austin and the entire staff at the best vehicle repair facility in Monroe County.

Friendly and knowledgeable. They don’t try to upsell me on stuff I don’t need. Good value for money.

They were very friendly to me and were very good checking my truck, Told me the problems and the cost before they started. Good place to make friends with, makes you feel they welcome.
