My 2011 Traverse as it ages is standing up well Thanks to Waterloo Automotive. The Alternator that was replaced last fall failed ( GM part, and GM is owned in China where the part probably came from) , and the Waterloo Automotive staff got the replacement completed in record time under warranty. This is no longer an easy swap as it was on my cars back in my younger days. I'm older now and a bit jaded about the evolution of automobiles. It is nice to have a shop to go to with a level of trust.

I’ve taken my vehicle to many different places and will now be going nowhere else besides Waterloo Automotive! They are always so kind, accommodating and transparent. They truly go above and beyond! Great place and great friendly staff!

Recently i have the opportunity to have Waterloo Automotive service my 2018 Jeep Wrangler. The experience exceeded all of my expectations. They did they thorough analysis on my vehicle, texted me the link to view it for myself, Josh (owner) took the time to review it with me and we came up with a maintenance plan that I was comfortable with. They kept me in the loop every step of the way. The repair cost was actual very affordable and lower than what I expected them to be. Brandon & Shawn who are their office sales professionals are very friendly, knowledgeable & accommodating. they assisted me with any questions i might have had. You would be doing yourself & your vehicle a huge favor by giving Waterloo Automotive the opportunity to show what they can do to keep your vehicle safly on the road for as long as you own it.

Great guys, very thorough oand honest! I just had a pre/post purchase inspection done and I left feeling confident that they had found any and all issues with my vehicle and they gave very honest and helpful feedback on potential repairs.
