Overall great experience

I was referred to Waterloo Automotive by my sister that has used them for years. I must say that the entire experience was great very professional and they kept me updated daily throughout the entire process. They let me know additional maintenance items that needed to be done without being pushy and I felt their pricing was fair. I will be using them moving forward for all my maintenance needs.

The issue with our car was odd. It would shut down any time we lowered the RPM, as in when we were stopping, or slowing down in traffic, etc. They had not seen much of this before so they had to do some investigation. Fortunately, they are pretty astute people and determined what the problem was and how to correct it. Obviously, they are very good mechanics! Now all is well and I would highly recommend then!!

These guys have saved me more times than I can count! They are honest (which is rare these days), hard working, efficient, and genuinely good people. If I ever had to leave waterloo, I wouldn't care how long of a drive back I'd have to use their services again.
