I hadn't taken a vehicle to Meyer's for some time after selling my Lincoln. They have always been dependable and terrific to work with in the past. I had somewhat of a usual circumstance with possible water in the gas tank. They allowed me to bring in my vehicle immediately without an appointment and provided service with my vehicle returned in two days. It appears their service ethic is still awesome.

The guys at Waterloo Automotive got my completely dead car in and out in less than a day, even after they told me that they had a lot of cars to work on that day and might not get to it until the next day. I needed that car to take a 4-hr trip the next day, so the guys worked extra hard to make sure it was ready for me.

Fixed promptly and wqas supplied with a loaner car. Everyone is extremely nice and easy to work with and I was kept informed throughout the process regarding the cost.
