If you live anywhere near Meyer's Service and you need major repairs or regular maintenance, go to Meyer. They are fantastic! They are knowledgeable, friendly and never perform service or maintenance that is not necessary. Plus they have good coffee in the waiting room.

Waterloo Automotive continuosly demonstrates their value of customer service. This is an "art" that has long been lost but Waterloo Automotive reminds me of the type of service my Father and Grandfather used to speak of. Brian will not let you pay until the issues are fixed and they always have a loaner car ready if repairs take longer than expected. A true pleasure to deal with; they've earned my trust over the past coupule years while performing regular maintenance on a high-milieage car. I won't go anywhere else...not even for an oil change!
