We have always been very pleased with the work Waterloo Automotive has done. This time, I dropped by unexpectedly because my van was making a strange noise. They came out right away, diagnosed the problem and drove my kids and I home so they could work on the van. Next day the van was good as new. Great customer service! I recommend them to everyone!

A little more expensive then I would've hoped. But good and friendly service

I dropped my car off on a Sunday evening with major issues (HUGE gas pump leak) and it was ready to rock 'n roll by the following Monday at 4pm and my mpg is back up to 32! love this place!

Excellent service, as always! Friendly, courteous and speedy. My car wouldn't start. Called at 7:00 on Monday, the busiest day. Brian had someone out to my house within 1/2 hour with a loaner. My car repair was done by 10:30! You can't beat Waterloo Automotive!
