Had three codes pop up on my jeep and after checking a few places decided to give Waterloo Auto a call based on the reviews. Talked to Brandon and made an appt and dropped the car off early. Within a few hours I received a call stating they’d got to it early and could have it back to me the next day. Brandon kept me updated and informed explained everything. I would suggest you give them a call if a problem arises

Went above and beyond to fix my 1998 Infiniti. Parts hard to come by, so had to do some creative thinking. They really worked hard to find the problem and give me a few more years (I hope) of safe driving.

Needed emergence help and they told me to come in right now and they would look at my problem. They found the problem in about an hour and reported back to me. Best group of people a customer could ask for. Professional, polite, friendly, and funny!!! Traits most small don't have!
