The crew at Waterloo Automotive did an oil change on our 2013 Nissian Armada. While doing the oil change they discovered a problem in our suspension. We bought a warranty with this vehicle and the crew at Waterloo Automotive called the warranty company and took complete care of the problem and dealing with the warranty company. Overall great experience. Thank you all.

I took my car into Waterloo Automotive for a routine oil change & wheel alignment. They took the time to look over my car and let me know I need to have a shock replaced. They asked me to see if my car was still under warranty instead of processing with the process which could have cost me a fortune. Started using this shop when we relocated to the area in 2020. Honest, very personable and amazing customer service. Josh knows his stuff and cares about his customers. Have sent several family and friends to them as well, including a few folks who had nearly been taken advantage of at other places around town before I encouraged them to go get a second opinion with Josh.
