Very good service and great people

My car was scheduled for inspection and at the last minute I had Meyer's add an oil change. They were most helpful in adding the extra service and having my car ready at the same time originally requested.

I absolutely love going to get maintanence done on my car! Brian and his team are professional, knowledgable, friendly and all around, fantastic at what they do! I would reccommend waterloo automotive to all my family and friends, and be confident in knowing that they provide the absolute best car service in the St. Louis Metro and surrounding area!!

Very personable service writers excellent customer service

Brian called me in a timely manner to keep me informed about my vehicle's status.

I dropped my car off for inspection and an oil change. Sarah dropped me off back at my home. Chris called a couple of hours later to inform me that the car had passed the inspections and the oil change was complete. He asked what time I needed to pick up my car. Sarah picked me up at my home and took me to Meyer's to pick up my car. My car was ready and waiting. Everyone at Meyer's is so nice and helpful.

The customer service was exceptional! Very satisfied. I've had several friends and family rave about the service they received. I decided to try it the next time I needed my car serviced.
