I took my Saturn to them in July. There was a lot wrong with it. They explained everything and was honest about the possibility of engine failure in the future. When asked if I should fix it or get new, they were honest. They could have gained from fixing everything, but I appreciate their honesty. They had a spare car for me to use while they worked on my car. They followed up with sending me a thank you card. I recently needed some stuff done on my new vehicle and they were friendly and knowledgeable. They even came and got my car from my work and then returned it to me when it was done!!
