06/03/22 - Believe it or not, you can't just change your own battery now. Requires reprogramming the computer using a special tool (according to battery manufacturer). Called Josh and made an appointment, he was able to get me in within a week. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. Great group and great customer service. Thanks Josh! 04/08/22 - Did you know they do tires too? I've actually had Brian and his team do 4 sets of tires on my trucks and my wife's SUV. And they don't just carry a handful of select tires either. They can get probably anything. I just had them put on a set of Nitto Terra Grapplers on my 2015 F150. Brian's price was competitive and, as always, the service was great. I called and he was able to get the tires and install them just two days later before I went on a road trip. Nothing better than a new set of tires! Thanks to everyone at Waterloo Automotive for another great service experience!
