Most car dealerships are unable to provide quick appointments for diagnostic services. I was told that there was a problem with the alignment of my left rear tire and feared a safety issue. I was able to received a quick, reassuring diagnostic review of my car. I will return for services as needed for my 2013 vehicle.

Waterloo Automotive is the best auto repair business I’ve ever had the experience of using. They always find the issue and offer the best work for the price. This time was no different, they found the issue and fixed it for FREE!!! Because it was still under warranty. However I only had one issue this time with communication on the progress of my vehicle, they didn’t let me know they were going to hold my car for an entire weekend.

New to the area and I took my nearly 100,000 mile car here at a relatives suggestion. I took the vehicle in for a routine oil change and inspection. The prices were fair and the customer service was excellent! Every employee I spoke to was very personable and professional. They also offered a shuttle service that I took advantage of which was very convenient.

Such a fantastic crew to work with...friendly, knowledgeable, but mostly trustworthy. Every time I need my car serviced I am treated like family. Five stars just isn’t enough.

Once again, I am totally happy with the service I got from waterloo automotive. The staff and service is just fantastic. There are no worries about prices or length of time my car will serviced. Having a shuttle car to take me to and from is a big big plus! As always?? I cant thank you enough!

I've been here twice and they've been nothing but FANTASTIC. They keep you updated from start to finish on the progress for your car. They even have a courtesy shuttle which has made it so easy to work around my schedule. Everyone is very friendly and customer service is 100%.

The team at Waterloo Automotive was fantastic as always during the recent scheduled maintenance. They identified an additional required fix which needed to be done the following day. The team worked it to where we could get a last minute loaner so my kid wouldn’t need to miss his soccer camp. I appreciate their flexibility and willingness to do whatever it takes to help their customers.
