Fast, courteous service. Got me in when they said and work was completed quickly. Very fair price. Front office people were efficient and knowledgeable.

Took my pick-up in for maintenance service and asked the team to research a 'Check 4-Wheel Drive onboard service message.' Faulty transfer case switch identified, part ordered for overnight delivery and had truck ready by 10:00am the next day!

I've been bringing my cars to Waterloo Automotive for years. I appreciate the timely service and the friendliness and professionalism of the reception area staff. They have always been very good about explaining what and why when recommending maintenance. Small town service and courtesy are vanishing at an alarming rate, and I very much appreciate that we have such a business here in Waterloo.
