Had to purchase another truck(used) and took it to Waterloo Automotive for their inspection. After their thorough examination and evaluation all was noted and a couple items was suggested for replacement. Scheduled the repair and the service was completed. I now feel more comfortable about the purchase and future service by Waterloo Automotive.

I went in for an AC problem. They diagnosed the problem, got the right part, and installed it. They recharged my system and looked or any additional leaks. Very professional and friendly business. I would recommend this place to anybody.

Waterloo Automotive does a great job of keeping me up-to-date as to what services need to be done on my car. They are so great at explaining to me exactly what needs to be done and why and take as much time with me as needed. We are so lucky to have Waterloo Automotive in our town!

I took my 1991 Chevy pickup in to have some tires mounted on wheels and an alignment done. My truck is old and has holes the size of Texas in it but it’s my weekend redneck baby and they managed to get it to go down the road straight. I don’t normally take my vehicles anywhere as I do all the work on my own. I’m glad I took this beast to Waterloo Automotive. Price was fair too.
