Brian and Josh are always so helpful. yesterday when leaving for work, found I had a nail in my tire. Got the spare put on and went to drop my baby off and to work. on my lunch break, I called a different shop and they couldn't get me in. so I called Waterloo Automotive. they were so helpful. I explained the situation and how I wasnt comfortable to continue driving on a spare with my baby in the car. they came to my job (local), switched out my car with a loaner car, fixed it, and brought it back. they seriously made my horrible day into a great day. we are so thankful for them and will always recommend them!

A little background is necessary. For years, I had all my vehicle maintenance and repair done by a shop here in Waterloo. I stayed with them because options were limited, Then, after my "regular" shop caused several catastrophic issues that resulted in the loss of an engine, plus countless other half-a** repairs, I decided to try Waterloo Automotive. My first response was "Why did I wait so long to take my vehicles here? After meeting with Josh, Brian, Candace and Angie, I can honestly say I've never met a nicer, well-informed and capable team of automotive specialists. And the Customer Service is incredible! My old shop required me to drop off my vehicle and walk home. Then walk back when they said my vehicle was ready. Not the case at Waterloo Automotive! Not only did they offer shuttle service to and from my home to their shop, but I also received frequent updates via text messages to my phone. No surprises, other than the excellent work and care they gave me and my vehicle. I'm convinced ... ALL of my future business for car maintenance and repair will be done exclusively by Waterloo Automotive! Great job everybody! And Thank You!

Professional and friendly. Were able to work me in on short notice to fix a minor emergency for me. Very helpful with transportation to/from the facility to my home.

Brian runs a top notch automotive service. Waterloo Automotive is the friendliest, most efficient and knowledgable auto service company around. They have helped my wife Dottie & I maintain our 2008 Acura RDX for 283,000 miles, until we just decided to get a new one. Their work is so professional. They never do anything not scheduled without first discussing any issue with us. You will never find a better place to maintain your vehicles.

Very friendly people that took the time to listen and explain. While there was a multitude of issues that needed repair or service, they came up with a plan to fix the most important things. Van works great now. Will certainly use them again.

We love Waterloo Automotive. They communicate with us every step of the way. They give us a clearly broken down quote before they ever start the work. They help us prioritize what needs to be completed first according to our budget. They've even sent someone to our door to pick us up and provided loaner cars to drive. I want my children in a safe vehicle and they always deliver. The employees always have a joke ready to tell my kids and provide a safe space in the office for them to wait if needed.
