They did an excellent job sharing reports with me immediately as well as explaining services. I may need for a used vehicle I purchased. I felt very comfortable with the information. They were giving me as well as everything was in print and explained. I plan to use them again in the future.

Can't say enough about Waterloo Automotive's wonderful service. They have gone above and beyond ever since I've been taking my vehicle to them which has been approximately 15 years.

Dropped by the shop and within 5 minutes I was again underway confident the key fob was working well. Thanks to the service writer at the front desk, quick and efficient service.

After their thorough examination and evaluation all was noted and a couple items was suggested for replacement. Scheduled the repair and the service was completed. I now feel more comfortable about the purchase and future service by Waterloo Automotive.
