I was very pleased with the customer service . NO pressure to do any thing more than I asked .They did inform me about some factory suggested service that I may want to consider in the future I will be a return customer.

My truck had lots of issues not addressed by the previous owner. The front office prioritized a list of what was most urgent, so now I can schedule less pressing work in the future. Super helpful!

These guys are HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! We have 2 cars that are not common to fix locally, and normally would go to a dealer, but they have taken care of them. We recommend them HIGHLY!!!!!

Wow!! I most DEFINITELY recommend Waterloo Automotive to ANYBODY!! They are so professional and courteous and HONEST, which unfortunately in this day and age, is SOOO hard to find, especially a honest and trustworthy auto repair place like these guys!! From start to finish, they treated me with respect and their honesty when they were working on my truck which had rusted out gas lines and a bad fuel pump. It was a big issue but they handled it all with true loyalty and commitment. Their mechanics are top-notched as well. I want to also give a huge shout out to Brandon, Josh and the other gentlemen working besides Brandon..sorry, I forgot his name...lol..but they all did a fantastic job on treating me with the care and concern on my truck. I personally knew it wasn't going to be a cheap repair by any means but they were all aware of it and they gave me the best possible price that they could but with full honesty and commitment. They went well and beyond to take care of me and made me feel at peace with everything. I'm telling you, YOU just don't find much anymore these days, people like this to feel comfortable with especially with your vehicle and the loyalty and concern like Waterloo Automotive did for me!! I want to personally thank ALL of you there for your professionalism and honesty and care towards me with my vehicle and I will DEFINITELY recommend ANYONE to come see you all for their car or truck repairs. I was out of town and red light appeared. According to car manual, it possibly meant oil pressure sensor. I stopped by a reputable repair shop close to where I was. The mechanic said I was "good to go." It was somewhat low on oil. I left the premises, drove a few miles and same red light appeared, but now the red light was coming on more rapidly. Not knowing what the problem was, I was hesitant about driving back to Waterloo without doing possible damage. I was going to return to the repair shop, but passed another reputable repair shop on the way. I explained the situation, but he, too, said probably low oil or needed oil change but was safe to drive back home. When I returned to Waterloo I drove straight to Waterloo Automotive and explained the situation. I was asked if I could return in about an hour. I did just that and my car was immediately looked at by a technician. The technician found the problem and within an hour I was able to return home. This is a huge shout-out to Waterloo Automotive and their entire team. Being that this occurred on a Friday, I did not expect to have my car looked at and repaired the same day. Way to go!

The guys in the office do a great job communicating with their techs as to what I need done. They are always helpful and pleasant to work with. I am just sorry that I hadn't gone to them earlier. It is SO nice have a company in our town that does such a great job. Thank you!
