Waterloo Automotive

I recently had my vehicle at Waterloo Automotive. I thought my headlight was out but the housing of the headlight was damp with condensation causing the light to not work. It was going to be A LOT of money to replace the housing. They worked at it all day drying it out and cleaning it up to save me all that money. They didn’t have to go the extra steps to save me money but they did. This is the MOST honest auto repair shop I have ever seen. Their employees reflect how the owners treat them. Every single one of them are very genuine. When you leave there even though you just spent money for repairs it makes you want to go out and do something nice for someone. Their good vibes are contagious. Thank you Waterloo Automotive for all you do.

I’ve used this company for several years and my family has as well. This is really genuine team from the top down. You won’t meet a better owner, manager or any number of mechanics. They are always willing to go out of their way to help with anything they can, give you a fair / honest assessment and just overall make you feel comfortable about spending your money with them. I won’t take my vehicles anywhere else. Keep up the good work Brian, Josh and team!

Amazing people! We went to see Josh and Bryan after being told by our dealership our Toyota needed an oil change for $100. Ever since we brought in our Toyota to Waterloo Automotive we have not gone anywhere else! Amazing team and quality of service. Now we take both of our vehicles there!
