Recently moved into the Waterloo propers, was needing some repair work done on my truck. My brother recommended Waterloo Automotive as being a top notch and honest place to go. The appointment was made, the experience was out of this world. They have a friendly knowledgeable staff and not to mention their mechanics as being detailed and clean. They knocked my repairs out of the park with competitive cost. I would rate Waterloo Automotive a 10+ and highly recommend them.

The crew at Waterloo Automotive did an oil change on our 2013 Nissian Armada. While doing the oil change they discovered a problem in our suspension. We bought a warranty with this vehicle and the crew at Waterloo Automotive called the warranty company and took complete care of the problem and dealing with the warranty company. Overall great experience. Thank you all.

To say that I was impressed with the quality of this wonderful place would be an understatement! I stopped to make an appointment for my car. The friendliness of the office is so refreshing! Josh managed to get my car in right away, and that impressed me. I didn't have to wait very long for the service to be complete, and Candace gave me a print out of my car's history. It was certainly a pleasant experience, and I will be back for all my maintenance issues! Thank you!
