I was very satisfied with the service and work that was done to my car by Waterloo Automotive. I was fully informed on what work was going to be performed and given an estimated cost before the work was done. Being on a fixed income, this was very important to me. Josh and all of his staff at Waterloo Automotive were very kind and courteous they happily answered any questions I and had made sure I understood all the details. (ex) explained why the replacement part was needed informed me as soon as the parts arrived gave anticipated time service would take to complete called as soon as my car was finished. Recently moved into the Waterloo propers, was needing some repair work done on my truck. My brother recommended Waterloo Automotive as being a top notch and honest place to go. The appointment was made, the experience was out of this world. They have a friendly knowledgeable staff and not to mention their mechanics as being detailed and clean. They knocked my repairs out of the park with competitive cost. I would rate Waterloo Automotive a 10+ and highly recommend them.

The crew at Waterloo Automotive did an oil change on our 2013 Nissian Armada. While doing the oil change they discovered a problem in our suspension. We bought a warranty with this vehicle and the crew at Waterloo Automotive called the warranty company and took complete care of the problem and dealing with the warranty company. Overall great experience. Thank you all.
