The crew at Waterloo Automotive did an oil change on our 2013 Nissian Armada. While doing the oil change they discovered a problem in our suspension. We bought a warranty with this vehicle and the crew at Waterloo Automotive called the warranty company and took complete care of the problem and dealing with the warranty company. Overall great experience. Thank you all.

To say that I was impressed with the quality of this wonderful place would be an understatement! I stopped to make an appointment for my car. The friendliness of the office is so refreshing! Josh managed to get my car in right away, and that impressed me. I didn't have to wait very long for the service to be complete, and Candace gave me a print out of my car's history. It was certainly a pleasant experience, and I will be back for all my maintenance issues! Thank you!

Was very happy with my reception when picking up my car. Personnel very helpful, explained thoroughly what was done. The final total was less than was quoted and my car is very with the results. Will definitely be taking the car there in the future.
