I took my car into Waterloo Automotive for a routine oil change & wheel alignment. They took the time to look over my car and let me know I need to have a shock replaced. They asked me to see if my car was still under warranty instead of processing with the process which could have cost me a fortune. Thank you for giving me the time to check into this issue & giving me time to get the money together for it.

Started using this shop when we relocated to the area in 2020. Honest, very personable and amazing customer service. Josh knows his stuff and cares about his customers. Have sent several family and friends to them as well, including a few folks who had nearly been taken advantage of at other places around town before I encouraged them to go get a second opinion with Josh. Now they’re regular customers at Waterloo Automotive as well.

What an awesome team!!! They fixed air conditioner and a noise in the rear end that I thought I was going to have to live with the rest of my life. Recently, they serviced the van and noticed an issue. They called the dealership and found out it was under warranty and sent us there for the repair because it would not cost us!!! This is going above and beyond as far as I'm concerned. They would not have had to do this. I will return when my vehicles have issues. Highly recommended!!!!
