I will only take my vehicles to Brian/Josh/Team at Waterloo Automotive. Today, they saved me over $100 on a simple blinker light repair that a dealer would have over charged me for. Their team of professionals have always taken such great care of my vehicles and I always enjoy getting to catch up with them while I wait for vehicle service. Without a doubt the best service in the area.

Amazing service as always. Our car was in for just routine oil change so I waited for work to be done. Love chatting with staff with a cup of coffee! They had my car in and out in no time. They are also amazing at letting us know of potential upcoming work needing to be done and cost so that we can plan on things down the road. No other place we would take our cars to.

I took my truck into them thinking that it was going to be hundreds of dollars to track and repair a battery drain issue that I had convinced myself was another rodent attack on my wiring. Before I even got home from leaving the truck at their shop, I got a call from Josh that one of the lights had been left on. No charge. They changed the oil and filter and wiper blades and sent me on my way. Great outfit! The online inspection report was fantastic.
