They clearly communicate expectations, concerns, and estimated costs before, during, and after the work is complete. I just can't say enough about this team. Speaking of the staff, you can't find friendlier people! They will pick you up if you need a ride or take you where you need to go. My husband and I were looking for a dependable & trustworthy shop to take our vehicles and we found Waterloo Automotive. The first time my husband (who was a mechanic) took his vehicle to Waterloo Automotive he found Brian to be very dependable, honest and easy to talk to. I am so thankful to have found such a dependable & honest shop. Brian always lets me know if there is an issue with my vehicle and explains if the issue has to be taken care of right away or if it can wait for awhile. They will always check the issue to make sure it hasn't gotten worse. They go above and beyond to help me. I recommend Waterloo Automotive very, very highly. I am so thankful for the shuttle service. I also appreciate the loaner vehicle service, if a loaner is available at the time it is needed.
