I had my rear brakes replaced and the entire car had a spot check for faulty items. I was called by Brian to discuss 2 other issues they found. The place is fantastic! It is professional and honest. You cannot go wrong with this automobile repair shop. By the way, the place is exceptionally clean. The Honda has 227,000 miles and these guys keep her going...Thank you!

Excellent service, and on time. They usually get your car back the same day unless the repairs are vey extensive or parts must be shipped. They are courteous and explain everything that needs to be done. They are very trustworthy and stand behind their work.

I always feel on my toes and have to be skeptical and fact check what is told to me, try and figure out what “add-on” is necessary. I was in search of a new place to get my car serviced. Several of my friends suggested "Waterloo Automotive". They said they are honest and will stand behind their work! I find this is very true! One really great feature is..."They have either a shuttle or even better LOANER CARS", to use while they are working on your automobile! Brian & Josh are very friendly and everything is explained in detail in terms that I can understand. They quote me a price of what is needed to complete a repair & stick to it!
