I was in search of a new place to get my car serviced. Several of my friends suggested "Waterloo Automotive". They said they are honest and will stand behind their work! I find this is very true! One really great feature is..."They have either a shuttle or even better LOANER CARS", to use while they are working on your automobile! Brian & Josh are very friendly and everything is explained in detail in terms that I can understand. They quote me a price of what is needed to complete a repair & stick to it! Their mechanics are the BEST and do quality work! I have only heard GOOD things about "Waterloo Automotive"! Waterloo Automotive is outstanding. On our way out of town today the car started acting up. After hours of running around in the rain trying to find a mechanic who could take me on such short notice so we could get home, they got me in, diagnosed the problem for free, (when Dobbs wanted $125 for the exact same thing) and had the car fixed in about an hour. They couldn't have been kinder or more professional!!
