I feel Brian and Waterloo automotive always have your best interest at heart. They are straight forward with you and care about having you on the road with a reliable car. I would give very few people in this world a few thousand dollars but if Brian said it was necessary i would give it to him in a heartbeat. Everyone needs a good mechanic for life and the guys at Waterloo automotive will be mine

My family has been taking out cars to Waterloo Automotive for around 14 years and we are always more than satisfied! Brian and his crew are always informative as to what had been and still neess to be done. In revent years they have started to print out diagnostic sheets about your car and you can see for yourself what is going on with your car and if there is anything that needs to be addressed. I would never trust my car to anyone else than Waterloo Automotive!

Brian was incredibly helpful with everything from answering my questions to providing a free loaner car when I had to unexpectedly bring mine back to the shop. They take very detailed notes of your issues and provide updates throughout the process of working with them. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest, local, family owned business to support.

I needed a repair for my Honda Civic. I wasn't sure what was wrong, so I described the symptoms. The staff at Waterloo Honda listened to what I had to say. They were polite and courteous. They found the problem, but called me for approval before fixing it - so no surprise bills at the end of the day! They fixed my car quickly and I was back to my routine before I knew it. I would recommend this business to a friend. They were easy to work with, friendly and knowledgeable. It's nice to know I can get this service in a small town!

I received very prompt service that saved me from driving to the Honda dealership and wasting about an hour in travel. Waterloo Automotive staff are always very courteous and listen intently to your issue before jumping into "doing". this makes us feeling like we are significant in what action we will be paying for, and this feeling becomes true when the service is complete.
