Waterloo Automotive

Took my Toyota in for a routine oil change. Had worked me in a busy week. The windshield washer in front stopped working the day before. Asked if they could look at it. Had to take off the front number to fix, but the car was completely done in less than 5 hours! Great service as always.

Brian and Josh are always so helpful. yesterday when leaving for work, found I had a nail in my tire. Got the spare put on and went to drop my baby off and to work. on my lunch break, I called a different shop and they couldn't get me in. so I called Waterloo Automotive. they were so helpful. I explained the situation and how I wasnt comfortable to continue driving on a spare with my baby in the car. they came to my job (local), switched out my car with a loaner car, fixed it, and brought it back. they seriously made my horrible day into a great day. we are so thankful for them and will always recommend them

It was an aggravating repair but the employees took great care in providing service and explanations for the problem. I trust WA completely :)

A little background is necessary. For years, I had all my vehicle maintenance and repair done by a shop here in Waterloo. I stayed with them because options were limited, Then, after my "regular" shop caused several catastrophic issues that resulted in the loss of an engine, plus countless other half-a** repairs, I decided to try Waterloo Automotive. My first response was "Why did I wait so long to take my vehicles here? After meeting with Josh, Brian, Candace and Angie, I can honestly say I've never met a nicer, well-informed and capable team of automotive specialists. And the Customer Service is incredible! My old shop required me to drop off my vehicle and walk home. Then walk back when they said my vehicle was ready. Not the case at Waterloo Automotive! Not only did they offer shuttle service to and from my home to their shop, but I also received frequent updates via text messages to my phone. No surprises, other than the excellent work and care they gave me and my vehicle. I'm convinced ... ALL of my future business for car maintenance and repair will be done exclusively by Waterloo Automotive! Great job everybody! And Thank You!
