Friendly people, fair prices, attention to detail and availability. Have had cars serviced here for the past several years and have never had to bring it back to redo a service job.

Just had an oil change and tire rotation and, as always, received excellent service. They always let me know if there is some maintenance that I can do myself, like replacing the air filter, and they give reasonable advice about brakes and other major issues. Never any pressure to do something that isn't actually necessary. All employees are courteous and respectful.

Brian and his staff do excellent work, are always professional and always friendly. We trust Brian's knowledge, trust his advice and feel that we could not get better service anywhere. We have approximately 249,000 miles on our 2008 Acura RDX and and Brian tells us that there is no reason we should not be able to get another 50-75 thousand miles with regular and preventive maintenance. We believe the service prices are fair also. His business is always accommodating and the service work is always done in a timely manner. They also have a shuttle service for local residents and also provide a loaner car which is usually available...just add gas ! Go to Waterloo Automotive... I can't tell you how many times Brian has bent over backwards or squeezed our cars in! Very friendly and professional staff. Wouldn't take our cars anywhere else!
