We're grateful for the work Waterloo Automotive puts in to keeping our old vehicle running. They help us set a plan to work on things a piece at a time so we don't get overwhelmed with trying to pay for everything all at once. I asked them to put the safety of my children first, so we always work on those things first. I can stop by if my check engine light is on and they always have time to check what is happening.

Josh explained every process thoroughly and the truck was ready in a very timely manner. They also provided me a loaner vehicle while mine was in for service - a very convenient option since I still needed to go to work. I have been doing business with Waterloo for 15+ years and wouldn't think of taking my vehicle anywhere else.
