I tried Waterloo Automotive 6 or 7 years ago for an oil change and had a great experience, so my husband decided to try them for his next oil change. While he was there, he learned that Waterloo Automotive was owned and operated by the same family that owned and operated the business where his father had been having his vehicles serviced for the past 20+ years (Meyer Automotive). Although the great service we received would have been enough to keep us coming back, it was reassuring to know that his father trusted them, too. We have been taking our vehicles there for all maintenance and repairs ever since.

Brian and his team are very trustworthy and explain what is wrong with the vehicle in a clear and concise manner. Their charges are reasonable. I would, and have, recommended this company to others.
