Most recently Waterloo Automotive replaced the back brakes on our 2017 Explorer. We have used them for previous maintenance needs and have always been met with professional, honest, and timely repairs. Josh and Brian always make sure that we are satisfied with the work that has been done. It is good to know that we have such a good repair shop right down the road for any “weird noises” that pop up!
Over the past 4 years, Waterloo Automotive has kept my old Honda on the road. She looks and drives too good to get rid of her? My wife thinks I should buy a new car. She has one - An Audi Q5. She is spoiled...by me.
