I just moved to Waterloo this past weekend and my car decided to lock up Sunday night. In a hurry I had to find an automotive repair shop and chose Waterloo Automotive because of all the positive reviews. I had it towed to their shop and they were very very prompt about calling me Monday morning letting me know what was wrong and my estimate. They had my car repaired within hours and Brian couldn't have been more helpful. I was excited to hear about their car loaners that are available. I appreciate everyone there and will be doing business with them again. Thank you so much!

I tried Waterloo Automotive 6 or 7 years ago for an oil change and had a great experience, so my husband decided to try them for his next oil change. While he was there, he learned that Waterloo Automotive was owned and operated by the same family that owned and operated the business where his father had been having his vehicles serviced for the past 20+ years (Meyer Automotive). Although the great service we received would have been enough to keep us coming back, it was reassuring to know that his father trusted them, too. We have been taking our vehicles there for all maintenance and repairs ever since.
