Very pleased with our experience. We contacted them after we had a coolant leak. I didn’t know how to even get it there, they recommended a reliable towing service but also urged me to call insurance in case it was covered. We had an oil change recently as well along with some other work on a different car. The prices are always reasonable and a few months ago they went out of their way to help us find a unique part for our car. They can also provide a temporary loaner car and have been upfront every time we go to have any maintenance done. Highly recommend to anyone

I have a 2003 Olds Alero that had an electrical issue and wouldn't start. This was the end of last year. Part was replaced and everything was good. Last week problem resurfaced and Waterloo Automotive checked it out and had determined the part that was replaced was faulty. They took care of it with no questions asked. They are very organized and run their business in a very professional manner.

I took my Equinox to Waterloo Automotive this week for a problem I was having with it veering off to the left when applying brakes at high speeds. It also had a vibration at lower speeds. They were able to get me in sooner than another shop I called. I was very impressed with the way they contacted me after the tech checked the car out and the recommendations needed to get me back on the road safely. Very professional.
