Bought a set of Kumhos for my van here last summer at a very fair price. Time for the no-charge rotation, so I we scheduled it for 8:00 yesterday morning. I was on the road in about 18 minutes. Very good.

I have been taking my vehicles to Brian at Waterloo Automotive for years. They provide outstanding customer service and have a very knowledgeable staff. Always straight shooters and fair priced that never try to upsell me into something I don’t need. They work with my schedule, provide shuttle service and loner cars to limit any inconveniences. Most importantly, Waterloo Automotive works just as hard to keep my business as they did to earn it. I am a customer for life.

Brian is the best, makes you feel like family. Crew is always courteous and helpful. Will go the extra mile for the customer. When my daughter had her first car and started driving, she herself took it upon herself to have her car serviced there.

Their team is always so courteous and friendly. My degree of trust is high because they don't do work that isn't needed and they communicate any unexpected issues. They also inform me of scheduled maintenance that may be needed. I love having a local shop that I feel like I can actually trust.
