Waterloo Automotive

This is my second visit to Waterloo Automotive. On both visits the the staff have displayed extremely friendly and attentive interaction. The service that was provided is cheaper than my previous auto shop. Waterloo Automotive is also AAA approved. I would recommend checking Waterloo Automotive out for what appears to be an honest establishment with AAA certification and a friendly staff.

Just had wonderful service again. Were prompt efficient and i never feel i am being taken advantage of . Having been using them for years for all of our vehicles and have always had great service. Always smilingly friendly employees and seems like they are always aiming to make the customer happy.

We have been taking our vehicles to Brian for years. It is so nice to have a local automotive service with impeccable honesty and professionalism that you can always trust to do a great job. Plus you get the added bonus that they are the nicest people in the world. The best!

I took my vehicle in to have a missing weight from balancing replaced, Waterloo Automotive ran a diagnostic that I didn't order to charge $79.99. They did not replace the wheel weight or balance the tire. The mechanic I usually use doesn't have tire machines and had just done a full inspection of the car so the diagnostic was not needed. After a night of phone tag I was able to take the car back up there the next day and get the single tire balanced, which was the only reason it was there a day before. They refused any partial refund and pocketed $79.99 for a $18.00 service that I had ordered. I feel that it's worth mentioning that I was not given a price quote until pick up and how hard their customer service pushed buying new tires. I stated at drop off that I was only there for the weight and I knew the tires were old.

We had an issue with our vehicle and Josh got us in the next day. They advised us of extra services needed and we told them to go ahead and do it. They got them all done in one day and charged less than estimated. Josh said he estimates worst case scenarios for unknowns, then if it doesn't take as long, you are pleasantly surprised. They treat you like family. Hard to find such honesty!

I've been a customer of Waterloo Automotive for at least 2 years now. My car is 11 years old with 200,000+ miles and it needs work from time to time, more often than I'd probably like, but oh and well. The crew at WA are friendly, fair and fast. They're honest and perform the work due. They are very thorough as well!

I had never been to your shop before but when my vehicle was giving me trouble I was so thankful your shop was there. I didn't know I was going to meet such a concerned, helpful, friendly, thoughtful, caring staff. They informed me of the service my vehicle needed and the cost. I knew my vehicle was in good hands. Would recommend them to anyone.
