I have trust in Brian and his team that they will not conduct unethical service just to increase profit. As a customer that does not specialize in automotive, that is important! They find the problem, research the issue (from possible warranty opportunity to history of problems), fix it while explaining (in my language, and not technician level) what they did and then focus on the longevity of their work and follow-up. They are awesome!

They seem to care about providing good quality service at a reasonable price which has won me over as a loyal customer. I feel I have a friend in the auto mechanic business!

We are puzzled on how oil can be missing or leaking and cannot find a clue. WA isn't giving up. Continuing to try other steps.
