Even though my car is still under warranty, I just switched to Waterloo Automotive because of the confidence I have in them. They are very knowledgeable and recommened.

This is the second time I have been to Waterloo automotive. They are consistent in great service. The first time I was there, the service was great. The second time I was there, the service was great. The staff is always friendly. There waiting area is clean. They offer beverages while you wait. There service is fast and thorough . Excellent service very informative all around a very pleasant experience i wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else.

Took our car in on Monday afternoon for a bumper to bumper check to be done on Tuesday. By 4:00 on Monday they called and said it was done!!!! Great service, great and friendly staff!!!
