Wife's car due for 100K service, and was recommended by a neighbor. As I told Brian a few days after we got the car back, that I truly believe they mean it when they say they appreciate getting the opportunity to earn my business. Angie, Josh and Brian are very courteous and professional in all of the aspects of the work that was to be done. Had some options on a few things to have done, but there was no pressure for them to do it , and did some minor things myself. For a first time service visit , I will say that this won't be the last time I use Waterloo Automotive. Thanks to all !!!

I appreciate Waterloo Automotive's excellent care of my vehicle. I also appreciate that they explain in layman's terms what is going on with my vehicle and what repairs, if any, need to be taken care of at the present time. I recently lost my husband and was very nervous about getting work done on my car by myself. It was just regular maintenance but I just didn't know where to go that would be trustworthy. I googled automotive repair close to my location and one of the places that came up was Waterloo Automotive. When I called, Josh answered the phone with such a friendly voice that immediately made me feel comfortable. When I went there I met Josh and Brian. What a great couple of guys--so friendly. They were so easy to work with and I was 'at ease' as soon as I arrived. Everything was done on my car and ready for me to pick up. They provided me a loaner car while they had mine--which was very helpful. I have found my repair shop. Thank you, Waterloo Automotive for your professional help.

Your life doesn't have to skip a beat, your either leaving in your car or one of their loaner cars. They are very communication oriented. Just love this place.

First of all, the fact that they are family owned and operated and that they make you feel like family is inviting, especially when going in to an automotive place for the first time. They provide exceptional customer service! I had a problem with my front end vibrating and had to purchase new tires, they balanced them and did a wheel alignment. A few weeks later (probably longer than that) my front end was still vibrating so I took it in and they fixed the problem for no charge! Not even labor costs! They honestly stand behind their work. They also didn’t try to up sell like some other places do, unless you really need something done. They also worked to make it as affordable as possible. At that time they also told me my about a wheel that had been welded in the past. About 2 months later I had a slow leak in my new tire. Found out there was a crack in the wheel. (All these big and bad potholes!) They immediately called a wheel repair shop and got a quote and set an appointment to get repaired. Didn’t have to wait around. So I’m taking it back to get repaired and they will give me a car to drive until it is fixed! Waterloo Automotive will continue to be my go to automotive place for the future. I highly recommend to anyone who is looking for an honest auto repair shop. While waiting, enjoy good conversations with Brian and Josh, who BTW provide great customer service.
