"honesty fair prices" I always worry about being ripped off by mechanics but not here. They show you what's wrong and take the time to explain it. Then it always costs less than I'm expecting.

"Outstanding customer service" When a repair is recommended I feel that the decision is up to me. I have never felt pressured to move forward with a repair.
