Recently got my cars heater fixed here. The employees who work here were exceptional. They were honest with me about pricing from the start and very thorough in their inspections of the car and gave very detailed feedback on all issues. They are completely fair and trustworthy in their work quality and pricing. I got quoted to fix the same problem at suntrup ford in Waterloo and they wanted 3x more than what Waterloo automotive charged me. They also fixed it way faster than I thought they would and got my car right back to me. They made a customer for life, I’ll never take my cars anywhere else.
