Since moving to South County two years ago, I began going to Meyers, as two neighbors, my brother-in-law and a home handyman all suggested Meyers. The lobby / waiting area is clean, has wi-fi, offers beverages. Staff is friendly and helpful. Technicians are knowledgeable and fully explain any work that might need to be addressed. Meyers offers a $49 bumper to bumper check up that includes an oil change. While waiting for oil change, I hear conversations between manager and customers over the phone, and commend their courtesy and their full explanation or suggestion of work that might be needed. I have never had the experience or heard anyone at Meyers trying to sell anyone anything that wasn't needed. And, yes, they do offer shuttle service within a reasonable area.

We have taken our vehicles of various makes, models and ages to Waterloo Automotive for years. Each time we have been treated fairly and received great service. The employees remember our names and are always friendly and ready to help. They look at problems and are ready to refer us to dealership if vehicle happens to be under warranty. If problem is something simple they try to fix it at the time we bring it in.
