I came in for an alignment. The guy at the front desk, Chris I think, was very nice. We are poor college kids, so I don't know the pricing on everything, but with the coupon, the alignment was a good deal. They were super straightforward with everything, telling me that I didn't need new tires yet, but soon would (as opposed to other places we've been that tried to get us to buy new tires and have many other things done right then). They seemed to be very honest.

The staff at Meyer's were wonderfully courteous, professional, and accommodating. Although I did not opt to repair my truck they did not treat me any differently than if I were.

I had a flat tire in St. Louis, and Brian and his team saw me that afternoon to fix my tire. As a working female with kids to pick up from school, I was impressed and thankful for how they treated me. They saw me immediately, got my tire fixed, and I was on my way within 30 minutes.
