Here in the St. Louis area, we have so many great options for Independence Day fun. And, at Waterloo Automotive, we want to help our customers and blog readers discover all the area has to offer. First up? Fair St. Louis. For more than three decades, the Archgrounds and Mississippi Riverfront have hosted this three-day festival, which has become one of the area’s favorite places to celebrate the Fourth of July. Featuring air shows, free concerts, a parade, fireworks and tons of food, Fair St. Louis 2012 is the perfect location for family entertainment. Visit fairstlouis.org.
For all the sports fans out there, we have great news! The Cardinals are in town on the fourth, which means that your Independence Day can also include America’s favorite pastime. Head out to Busch Stadium to watch the Cards take on the Colorado Rockies and cheer on the home team!
Anyone in Monroe County will be interested in Columbia’s Independence Day Celebration. This free event boasts great food and fireworks while also providing unique activities such as bingo, washer tournaments and Kloepper tournaments. Curious? Come on out and discover the fun! Fireworks begin at dusk.
Finally, for those who are close to our Meyer’s Automotive location, take the short trip to Arnold for what they call an evening of patriotic fun. All of the standard elements will be in place: food, fireworks and music. The perfect recipe for a great local party!
